Little Mix have mimicked baby cries for a song on their new album.
The girl group have been working on their second collection throughout 2013 and admitted that they have had to record “weird” sound effects for their new music.
“There’s been lots of songs on this album where we’ve had to make weird sound effects,” Jesy Nelson revealed during a live stream for fans.
“Yesterday I was doing a baby cry for one of our songs on the album. Don’t ask me why.”
The star also explained that their new music feels “cooler” than their debut album DNA, which was released last year.
“I would personally say the new album is a step up. It’s more R&B and mature. It’s just cooler,” she said.
“There are more vocal harmonies and I think everyone has pushed their vocals this year.”
Little Mix will premiere their new single ‘Move’ on Monday, September 23 and drop by Nick Grimshaw’s BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show to talk about the new song.
